Peppermint Cool Down

Peppermint - Peppermint is stimulating and adds a cooling sensation.  Peppermint has a calming effect, relieves tension and sore muscles.  This scrub is great for everyday relaxation.  If you are a runner or on your feet constantly this scrub is perfect to rejuvenate your feet before/after a run or standing all day.

Essential Tip: Suffer from headaches?  It’s been noted that the largest pores on our body are on our feet.  Soak your feet in epsom peppermint salt (or regular epsom salt) and add 4-6 drops of peppermint oil to your soak or burn 8-10 drops in an oil burner and inhale.  It's a natural pain reliever.
